2025’s what MORTGAGE Awards

Now in their 32nd year, the what MORTGAGE Awards continue to recognise and celebrate excellence within the mortgage industry. These awards highlight the achievements of the finest banks, building societies, lenders, brokers, and home-buying services as nominated and voted for by our readers — making them particularly special.

The awards process consists of three stages.

Stage one: Nominations (November 2024 – February 2025)
Readers are invited to put forward the names of firms they had good dealings with and would recommend to friends and family.

The categories open to nominations cover all aspects of the mortgage and home-buying industry, and we invite you to nominate any company that has provided a positive experience and which you feel is most deserving of winning an award this year.

Stage two: Voting (March 2025 – May 2025)
A shortlist is then compiled and we asked the general public to vote.

Stage three: Winners (June 2025)
Finally, we announce all the winners live at the what MORTGAGE Awards presentation lunch. 2025’s winners will be announced on Thursday 19 June 2025 at the prestigious Kia Oval, London. Learn more about the event and buy your tickets here.
