The survey which has run for the last two years aims to establish where the average Brit is happy to live, what areas of the UK are the most sought after and the key factors in making a house purchase.

Those people who complete the survey will be entered into a draw to win a TV of their choice up to the value of £500.
Garry Skelton, Marketing Director for Legal & Generals General Insurance business said: Last year we were very pleased with the number of people who took the time to complete the survey. The feedback is extremely useful in giving us a better understanding of customers needs for the future.
Last years survey found that nearly one in five of us hope to own that dream home before our mid-forties and that the number of people that owned their property outright had nearly doubled from 9 per cent in 2004 to 16 per cent in 2005. It will be interesting to see if there is the same optimism this year.
