Abbey cut its rates on selected 2 and 3-year fixed rate mortgages up to 75 per cent loan to value (LTV). The new rates are:
2-year fixed rates:
- 4.09 per cent with a £995 fee up to 75 per cent LTV
- 4.09 per cent with a £995 fee up to 75 per cent LTV and a remortgage solution which includes free valuation and free legals
- 4.14 per cent with a £995 fee up to 75 per cent LTV and a homebuyer solution which includes a free valuation and £250 cashback on completion
3-year fixed rates:
- 4.34 per cent with a £995 fee up to 75 per cent LTV
- 4.34 per cent with a £995 fee up to 75 per cent LTV and a remortgage solution which includes free valuation and free legals
- 4.39 per cent with a £995 fee up to 75 per cent LTV and a homebuyer solution which includes a free valuation and £250 cashback on completion
Abbey has a special offer for customers to benefit from a half-price arrangement fee of £495 for the limited offer 3-year fixed rate at 4.34 per cent for remortgage customers applying via a branch or telephone (0800 0324261). The remortgage product is available up to 75 per cent LTV and offers customers the choice of a free valuation and free legals.
