3.59 per cent 3 year fixed rate (31.12.2013) loan to value 65 per cent
3.79 per cent 3 year fixed rate (31.12.2013) loan to value 75 per cent
Buy to let
4.49 per cent 3 year fixed rate (31.12.2013) loan to value 50 per cent
We are also launching the following new Flexx product:
3.99 per cent Flexx for term, loan to value 50 per cent
