This year we are proud to announce the launch of the inaugural 2015 What Mortgage Service Standard Awards.
The aim of these awards is to recognise and reward the businesses and organisations who continue to show exceptional levels of customer service across a broad spectrum of industry. These are the first and only mortgage focused awards that are solely based on recognising exceptional levels of customer service.
About The What Mortgage Service Standard
The What Mortgage Service Standard is awarded to businesses reaching the challenging benchmarks of consumer satisfaction that we have set. These benchmarks of service can only be obtained through the recognition and voting of consumers. Readers voted on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest level of service. To qualify, businesses must first obtain a minimum number of submitted votes from customers. From those votes, they must then have achieved a minimum average score of 8.5 out of 10.
Through establishing the What Mortgage Service Standard Awards in the UK’s mortgage market, we aim to bring high and consistent levels of customer service to consumers up and down the country. This standard aims to recognise and reward the businesses and organisations who continue to show exceptional levels of customer service.
