Scottish Widows Bank (SWB) has reduced the rates on a selection of 2 Year Fixed Rate Professional and Flexible mortgages across its 60 per cent and 75 per cent LTV ranges.
he 2 year fixed rate products being reduced include:
- 60% LTV mortgage for professionals is being reduced by 0.20% to 1.79%, with a £1499 fee
- 60-75% LTV mortgage for professionals is being reducing by 0.20% to 2.19%, with a £1499 fee
- 60% LTV flexible mortgage on a repayment only basis is being reduced by 0.15% to 1.99%, with a £1499 fee
- 60-75% LTV flexible mortgage on a repayment only basis is being reduced by 0.20% to 2.39%, with a £1499 fee
Mike Jones, Managing Director of Scottish Widows Bank said, “There is a clear requirement for niche products such as professional and offset mortgages from a segment of the home buying public. We are making a number of changes to our product range and are pleased to be able to continue to support them with an even more competitive suite of products.”
