New mortgage customers of GE Money Home Lending will receive lower rates and completion fee free offers on selected products from today.
The specialist lender is reducing the interest rates for new clients by 0.6 per cent and will also offer some of its GEM1 products without completion fee.
Rates on the GEM1 product range now start from 3.94 per cent.
“The reduction in rates and completion fee free options has been welcomed by our brokers, and will help provide consumers with much needed savings on mortgage fees and ongoing monthly payments,” GE Money’s head of sales Nikki Warren said.
The lender has also reduced the prices on all products with loan-to-value ranging between 70 per cent and 75 per cent. The price cuts reach up to 0.5 per cent.
GE Money Home Lending distributes its products via a nationwide network of intermediaries. The company offers a range of specialist mortgages.
