Accord Mortgages, a lender of the Yorkshire Building Society Group, has reduced rates on a range of its five-year fixed products.
All rates on five-year fixed mortgages within the 65-75 per cent loan-to-value range were cut by 0.10 percentage points from today.
The lowest rate offered on products with up to 65 per cent LTV stands at 2.59 per cent. Product fee is £845 and the loan amount range is between £30,000 and £3 million.
The lowest rate at up to 75 per cent LTV is 2.64 per cent with a product fee of £1,845. A lower product fee, of £845, is offered for a 2.69 per cent five-year fix at up to 75 per cent LTV. The loan amount for both products is between £30,000 and £3 million.
Accord has made further changes to its residential new business portfolio, withdrawing selected two-year and five-year products at up to 90 per cent LTV.
