TSB is extending its buy-to-let mortgage range and introducing new two-year tracker deals for landlords.
Rates on the new tracker mortgages start from 1.54 per cent above the Bank of England base rate for borrowers with 60 per cent loan-to-value (LTV). The fee is £1,995.
The tracker rate deal is available at higher LTV as well (up to 75 per cent).
TSB has also launched two-year fixed rate mortgages for landlords looking to buy a new property at up to 75 per cent LTV. The rates on the fixed deals start from 2.99 per cent.
This new offer complements the bank’s existing buy-to-let range, giving landlords with higher-LTV loans the option to choose between two-, three- and five-year fixed rate products.
