easyProperty, currently an online letting agency, is offering the first 200 customers of its new sales offering the chance to sell their home for free.
The agency wants its brand to challenge traditional high street models and provide real value to property owners. The customisable pricing model allows customers to pay just for the services they require. As with their current lettings model, customers will only ever pay for what they need. There will be no commission – just a flat fee.
Currently, easyProperty has three price packages for residential property sales starting from £475. Depending on their needs customers can choose to invest more or less in the services provided. The highest-priced offer gets them “complete service with all the trimmings”, as stated on the website. There is also a calculator provided for customers to assess their savings from each price package.
easyProperty will soft launch the new sales service this week ahead of the full launch of the offering in September. The preliminary launch is aimed to ensure everything runs as originally planned before the campaign goes live.
