A new guide has been launched that aims to lift the lid on lending into retirement.
Mortgage broker Enness has released its Older Borrowers Mortgage Guide to help those already retired or nearing retirement age to secure finance.
If you are already retired, or looking for a mortgage that lends into retirement, securing finance can be tricky.

Over half of the UK’s building societies are now lending up to or over the age of 80.
According to the Building Societies Association, 27 building societies, which hold £200 billion of mortgage assets between them, will now lend up to 80, 85 or have no maximum age limit.
