Ten minutes spent completing our online survey could win you £500 – plus a chance to win another £500.
What Mortgage has teamed up with some leading housebuilders to find out what searching for a house is really like by asking the people who really know – people like you.
We are looking not just at the process of dealing with sellers or builders but also your experience of applying for (and hopefully getting) a mortgage.
If you have moved home in the past twelve months, or are currently searching for a new home, we want to hear from you.
Whether you were looking to buy a newly-built house or a ‘second hand’ one, and whether you were looking for a house to live in or as a ‘buy to let’ investment, your views will help to shape the way housebuilders meet the needs of home buyers in the future.
The online survey covers everything from property types through to topics such as location, size and energy efficiency. It also looks at finance and mortgages – how easy is it to find a mortgage, did you need help to save for a deposit and where did you go to get advice? Despite the wide range of questions, the survey takes less than ten minutes to complete.
We will put the name of everyone who takes the survey into a draw to win £500. And you could win a second £500 if you agree to take part in a brief follow-up telephone conversation with one of our researchers.
Joanne Atkin, editor of What Mortgage, said: “Your opinions really can help to shape the future of the housing market.
“So, take the survey and share your views with us. You could win one of those £500 prizes!”
The online survey should take less than ten minutes to complete. All the replies you give will be anonymous and you won’t get any sales calls or emails as a result of taking part.
