The Residential Landlords Association (RLA) has created its new range of courses and is also offering better access to digital learning for landlords, agents and property professionals.
It comes, said the RLA, as the legal environment gets more complex and increasing numbers of landlords, agents and property professionals seek additional support to ensure they are on top of all developments.
As well as being able to access eLearning courses from more devices and browsers, online users will also find navigation is more straightforward and there is more interactive course content.
But there will also be three new course programmes, which will be supplied in bundles specifically for different customers.
Among them is a landlord’s programme and a Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) landlords course. Each will include four different courses relevant to each customer, available at a discounted rate.
Kitty Speakman, RLA training manager, said: “Our eLearning offer has been increasing year on year and more and more landlords are opting take courses in this way.
“With eLearning landlords can study at a time and place that suits them, and do not need to take time out of their schedule to attend.
“And of course, lower overheads mean that we are able to offer these courses at very competitive prices.
“The introduction of the new system will make training with us easier, faster and more enjoyable, with the rebranded pages also designed to be easier on the eye.”
The Academy can be accessed here. The RLA is broadcasting a webinar on the new academy on September 6th. Visit the website to find out more.
