This year the format is a little different – because of social distancing rules we are unable to host our usual prize giving event.
We will still be celebrating the best businesses in the mortgage industry as voted for by the customers. But, instead of presenting the awards to the winners in person, we are going to be announcing them in a live, interactive Twitter event starting at 9.30 am tomorrow – Wednesday 15 July.
This is the first time we have run the What Mortgage Awards in this way and we are very excited as it means you, our readers, can get involved and engage with us as we announce which firms are being rated as the best mortgage providers in the UK.
Dan Miller, publisher of What Mortgage, said: “Although the format has changed slightly this year we hope as many of you as possible will tune into our Twitter feed and engage with the event using #WhatMortgageAwards20.
“The What Mortgage Awards are voted for by the public so they are a reflection of the experience customers have had with providers during the mortgage process – from the big banks and building societies to the smaller specialist lenders and brokers.
“The awards also celebrate those services which support the mortgage and house buying process such as legal services, surveyors and insurers.”
So, whether you are about to embark on the home buying process, are moving house or just want to find out if your own lender has been presented with a plaudit tune tomorrow for the big reveal.
The What Mortgage Awards starts at 9.30 am and is due to finish just after 1pm. Visit our twitter feed @WhatMortgage and join in with the event using #WhatMortgageAwards20
