Now in their 31st year, the awards celebrate the achievements of the best banks, building societies, lenders, brokers and home buying services as voted for by our readers.
Every single winner, highly commended and even those nominated has been recognised because they received the seal of approval from satisfied customers. What better endorsement can you receive?
So, how do you pick up a what MORTGAGE Award? The whole process runs over 22 weeks and is made up of three stages. 
Stage one: The nominations
Readers are invited to put forward the names of firms they had good dealings with and would recommend to friends and family.
Stage two: Shortlisting
A shortlist is then compiled and we asked the general public to vote.
Stage three: Winners
Finally, we announce all the winners live at the what MORTGAGE Awards celebratory lunch. 2024’s winners were announced on Tuesday 23 July at OXO2 London, Southbank. View the full list of winners below.
