
The former Manchester United, Aston Villa and Coventry centre forward, is headlining at the South East Property Expo – a free event for homebuyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords and anyone with an interest in property.
Held annually, the not-for-profit expo organised by law firm Thackray Williams attracts hundreds of guests, with past speakers including TV adventurer Ben Fogle and consumer champion Dominic Littlewood.
Other industry experts sharing the tips and tricks at the event in Sevenoaks, Kent include:

Roger McKerlie, founder and co-owner of the Environmental Business Network, and Marion Money from the National Residential Landlords Association are also among the speakers, plus an expert panel explaining everything you need to know about building your own property including planning, cost, regulations and how to find the best plot.

This year’s expo returns to The Bat & Ball Centre, Crampton’s Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, and takes place on Tuesday 19 September from 10am to 3pm.
