Barclays has made changes to its mortgage range, including its lowest ever fixed rate at 1.75 per cent.
As well as lowering rates on some of its two year and five year fixed products, the bank is introducing its lowest fixed rate ever, of 1.75 per cent.
There are further rate cuts across the 2 year fixed range at 60 per cent, 75 per cent, 80 per cent, 85 per cent & 90 per cent LTV for home buyers and those looking to remortgage.
In addition, the Great Escape remortgage range, which offers low deposit deals with no fees, has been expanded with a new 85 per cent LTV 2Yr Fixed at 3.49 per cent.
All products are currently available.
