3.18 per cent (reduced from 3.48 per cent), 2 year fixed rate until 30.06.14, 65 per cent LTV, £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee.
3.89 per cent (reduced from 3.99 per cent), 5 year fixed rate until 30.06.17, 65 per cent LTV, £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee.
Buy to Let Mortgages
3.99 per cent (reduced from 4.25 per cent), 2 year fixed rate until 31.05.14, 65 per cent LTV, £250 booking fee with £1,249 arrangement fee.
