Coventry for intermediaries has launched a new offset mortgage and reduced rates on selected buy-to-let products.
The offset mortgage is available at 1.59% Flexx for Term at 50% LTV with a £999 product fee.
The buy-to-let mortgage has an interest rate of 1.99% Flexx for Term at 65% LTV with a £1,999 product fee.
Kevin Purvey, director of intermediaries, said: “Our Offset products are available from 50% to 85% LTV. With competitive rates starting from 1.49%, this range is ideal for clients who like the idea of using their savings to reduce their monthly repayments or overall mortgage term”.
