The Buy to Let Business has launched a new product with Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, exclusively for its mortgage club members.
The exclusive comes with a 2.69 per cent two-year discounted rate from the lender Standard Variable Rate, currently 5.64 per cent, and is available at 60 per cent loan to value (LTV). It has a £1,250 completion fee (which can be added to the loan as long as it does not exceed the maximum LTV) and a £250 booking fee.
Free valuation is offered on properties valued up to £1 million. The maximum loan is £300,000 and there are no early repayment charges.
Managing director Ying Tan says: “There is no doubt this is a fantastic product and we’re really pleased to be able to offer it as an exclusive to our club members. This is one of many great deals we’ve been able to offer our members since our launch just a few months ago.”
The Surrey-based company launched its mortgage club just nine months ago and already it has seen huge success with Ying Tan nominated for the ‘Business Leader of the Year – Mortgage Club’ award at the British Mortgage Awards 2013.
