Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have rolled out another £1,000 cashback mortgage offer for customers looking to buy, move home or remortgage.
Along with the new offer the banks are also launching a fresh round of mortgage rate cuts.
The £1000 cashback offer is available for loans between £75,000 and £999,999.
The new mortgage rates for both those moving and remortgaging include rates from as low as 1.99 per cent. Some products come with no arrangement fee and are available through branch and Direct Banking.
