Coventry Building Society has launched a new range of two, three and five year fixed rate mortgages with no early redemption charges.
The deals, which are available up to 85 per cent loan to value, have differing rates depending on whether customers wish to pay un upfront fee in return for lower monthly payments.
Colin Franklin, sales and marketing director, said: “In today’s uncertain market many borrowers are looking for the security of a fixed rate but with flexibility to overpay or switch products later on without paying ERCs – our new Flexx Fixed range is perfect.
“As fixed rates with no ERCs are rare in today’s market, we are confident that our new range which offers ultimate flexibility will be very popular.”
