Coventry for intermediaries has reduced rates across its five-year fixed range from 50% to 90% LTV by up to 0.24%.
Rates start at 1.79% with a £999 product fee for those with a 50% deposit.
There is also a 2.19% fix with a £499 product fee for those with a 25% deposit.
Also included in the range is a 2.99% five-year fix with no product fee for those with a 10% deposit.
Kevin Purvey, director of intermediaries, said: “In addition to competitive rates and a range of LTVs and fees available, all of our products are application fee free and include a valuation of up to £670 for Residential mortgages.
“We’re confident that our improved range will be welcomed by brokers and their clients looking for the stability of a long-term fixed rate.”
