Coventry Building Society has launched a new residential mortgage range including fixed rate and Flexx for Term options.
The highlights include:
– 1.79 per cent Flexx for Term, variable rate, 65 per cent LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges (ERCs)
– 1.89 per cent fixed rate until the end of 2016, 65 per cent LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee, ERCs payable to 31 December 2016.
– 3.29 per cent fixed rate until the end of 2019, 80 per cent LTV, £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee, ERCs payable to 31 December 2019.
Darin Landon, Coventry’s distribution director comments: “Our latest range has something for everyone. We have highly competitive mortgages including Flexx for Term and Fixed rate options.
