Coventry Intermediaries has launched a range of residential mortgages, which includes a legal and valuation packages.
According to the lender, it means that borrowers can remortgage for just £199.
Products include a five-year fixed rate mortgage of 3.55 per cent, with no arrangement fee and a £199 booking fee, with a 65 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) and a five-year fixed rate at 3.35 per cent on a 65 per cent LTV, which includes an £800 arrangement fee.
On the offset Flexx for Term Mortgage side, a 4.35 per cent product is available for borrowers with a 35 per cent deposit, which features a £199 booking fee and no arrangement fee, or a 4.1 per cent product, which comes with an £800 arrangement fee.
It has also unveiled a two-year tracker mortgage, which is available at 3.1 per cent with no arrangement fee, also with a minimum 35 per cent deposit.
