Coventry Intermediaries has announced that the usual booking fee of £250 will no longer be payable on any of their buy-to-let mortgages for a limited period.
This follows the lender’s recent move to waive product fees on its residential range. Kevin Purvey, head of intermediaries at Coventry Building Society, comments:
“We have decided to extend this early Christmas present to all buy-to-let investors. With a range of options, including fixed rates with no Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) and our ever-popular Flexx for Term products starting from just 2.55 per cent, there has never been a better time to do business with the Coventry.
“And of course, don’t forget all buy-to-let products already include a valuation up to £700 and access to our Remortgage Transfer Service.”
