The seventh annual First Time Buyer Home Show, to be held on 10 October at The Business Design Centre in Islington. The specialist show is designed to address housing issues in the capital and the South East and give aspiring homeowners detailed information about their options in the current market climate.

As well as a range of properties for first timers to look at, free financial advice will be available so that visitors know exactly what they can afford with whatever amount they have saved.
In addition to the information available on the day, one lucky first-time buyer who registers and attends will have the chance of winning £5,000 towards the cost of their first home. Seminars will also be held throughout the day which will explain purchasing schemes, outline legal issues and other homebuying related matters.
