The Co-operative Bank’s intermediary mortgage lender, Platform, has launched new residential two-year fixed rate mortgages starting at 3.09 per cent.
The new products are exclusively available via Legal & General, Openwork, PTFS and Sesame for purchases and remortgages.
Free valuation and free standard legal fees are available for remortgages and both products come with a non-refundable administration fee of £89. Lee Gladwell, business development director at Platform said: “The addition of these new products to our current competitive mainstream and buy to let offering will help enable brokers to offer a full range of products and services to their clients.
“We continue to believe that brokers have the opportunity to showcase the benefits of professional mortgage advice through quality product offering.”
