One year fixed rate from 2.99 per cent (up to 75 per cent LTV) with a fee of £195
Two year fixed rate from 3.09 per cent (up to 60 per cent LTV) with a fee of £1,195
Three year fixed rate from 4.14 per cent (up to 75 per cent LTV) with a fee of £495
The Society offers a comprehensive choice of mortgages with rates, fees, term and deposit levels to suit different circumstances, meaning borrowers choosing the Yorkshire for their mortgage will be able to tailor their loan to suit their individual needs.
The new mortgages all have free valuation and legal fees for remortgage customers and offset versions are also available. Full details of the changes can be found in the Appendix.
