Lloyds TSB launches fee-free 2-year fix

Lloyds TSB has reduced its two-year fixed rate fee free home mover mortgage product to its lowest rate this year, to 3.04 per cent for first time buyers, and home movers, available at 0-60 per cent LTV. This is a reduction of 0.10 per cent.

The 60 per cent LTV two year fixed range now includes:

• 3.04 per cent Fixed until 31 January 2014 with no fee
• 2.64 per cent Fixed until 31 January 2014 with a £995 fee

All products are available on loans from £5,000 up to £1 million.

Stephen Noakes, commercial director of mortgages, Lloyds TSB, said:

“We have noticed an increase in the popularity of no fee products, and we have reduced this rate to a best buy level to make this mortgage even better for our customers.”
