The new Help to Buy ISA scheme announced by Chancellor George Osborne in the 2015 Budget speech could have a positive impact on all levels of the property market, The Country House Company in Hampshire says.
Sue Crossley working at the company, which specialises in the sale and letting of high quality country homes and cottages in rural locations throughout the south, expects more business for their vendors thanks to the new scheme.
The Help to Buy ISA, which is designed to help first-time buyers raise a deposit for their first home, is expected to launch this autumn.
