Coventry Intermediaries has launched a new range of mortgage products for buy-to-let investors.
Sold through Coventry’s Godiva Mortgages brand, the products includ two-year and five-year fixed-rates and Flexx for Term options.
Highlights include:
- 2.69 per cent Flexx for Term variable rate, 65 per cent loan-to-value (LTV), £250 booking fee, £1,749 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges;
- 3.49 per cent fixed rate until 31.10.16, 65 per cent LTV, £250 booking fee, early repayment charges payable to 31.10.16 and no arrangement fee;
- 3.99 per cent fixed rate until 31.10.19, 65 per cent LTV, £250 booking fee, £1,749 arrangement fee, early repayment charges payable to 31.10.19.
Buy-to-let early repayment charges are as follows:
- Two-year fixed product: 3 per cent until 31.10.15 then 1 per cent until 31.10.16
- Five-year fixed product ERCs: 5 per cent until 31.10.16, 3 per cent until 31.10.18 then 1 per cent until 31.10.19.
