Buyers and sellers of property are being sought to take part in a new Channel 4 show that will provide insight into the difficulties home buying process.
The programme will be titled Best and Final Offer and each episode will follow the hopefuls vying for one much sought after property, culminating with the reveal of which buyer put in the best and final offer and secured their dream home.
The series was commissioned by Alex Menzies, Channel 4 commissioning editor for Features and will be produced by Superhero Television. Executive producers are Sebastian Scott and Lucas Green and Suzy Ratner is Series Producer.
The show was commissioned by Alex Menzies, who said: “We’ve been looking for innovative ways into market-led property for some time now and in Best and Final Offer we feel we’ve found a great opportunity to show viewers a side of the seller/buyer story – namely the rollercoaster reality – that we all know exists, but very seldom see on TV.”
