Santander is also launching a new two year 75 per cent LTV fix at 3.69 per cent available exclusively to current account customers. It has a £495 fee and comes with either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution.
The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers the added benefits of a free basic mortgage valuation and £250 cash-back on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free basic mortgage valuation, and either free legal’s or £250 cash-back on completion.
