Leeds Building Society has launched a two-year discount mortgage at 2.45 per cent available up to 75 per cent LTV.
The Society has also reduced the rate available up to 80 per cent LTV from 2.95 per cent to 2.75 per cent. Furthermore, there is also the flexibility of 10 per cent capital repayments each year and no higher lending charge.
The Society has reduced rates on the fees assisted versions of these products, and now has market leading products for those who require help with up front costs. The fees assisted two year discount mortgage, available up to 80 per cent LTV, has been reduced from 3.40 per cent to 3.20 per cent and is now market leading. In addition, the version available up to 85 per cent LTV has also been reduced by 0.20 per cent to a best buy rate of 3.70 per cent. These offers also contain a free valuation up to £335 and free in-house legal services for remortgages.
