The nomination process for the awards closes on Sunday 14 February, which means you have until Valentine’s Day to share the love for the mortgage business – or businesses – which have set your pulse racing over the last year.
Did you have a great experience with one of the providers during your mortgage journey, which really stood out?
Maybe, during the course your home purchase, you found a mortgage broker which offered outstanding service? Or maybe you received great customer service from a building society, bank or specialist lender?
Or, you may even have been impressed by a great rate, outstanding deal or the flexibility of a particular mortgage product.
Whatever your experience and whether you are a first-time buyer, home mover, equity release customer or buy-to-let investor by submitting your nomination you will be helping future mortgage customers navigate the market.
And don’t forget, the What Mortgage Awards celebrates all areas of home buying so you can also show some love for any surveyors, comparison sites, legal services or others who made a professional impression.
The What Mortgage Awards is now in its 28th year so has a long history of recognising and celebrating the best in the business.

You only need to fill out the categories which are relevant to you – although you are welcome to nominate a business in every section if you wish!
You have until Sunday 14 February to fill in your nomination. We will then unveil the final nominee shortlist and you will have until 13 June to vote. The winners will be announced in July.
