The What Mortgage Service Standard is awarded to mortgage lenders reaching the challenging benchmark of consumer satisfaction that we have set. Only six businesses have reached the required standard.
This standard aims to recognise and reward the businesses and organisations who continue to show exceptional levels of customer service. Readers voted on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest level of service. To qualify, businesses must first obtain a minimum number of submitted votes from customers. From those votes, they must then have achieved a minimum average score of 8.5 out of 10.
