Tipton and Coseley Building Society has launched a new range of mortgages that are the lowest discounted rate products they’ve ever brought to market.
The initial rates start at 1.04% discounted until 31 January 2020 up to a maximum 65% loan-to-value (LTV). A discounted rate of 1.09% until 30 November 2019 is available up to 75% LTV. These two products include a free standard valuation, a £99 booking fee and £900 arrangement fee.
If you don’t want to pay an arrangement fee, a 1.29% discounted rate is available until 31 January 2020 up to a 65% LTV, while a 1.34% discounted rate until 30 November 2019 applies for mortgages up to 75% LTV. Both products include a free standard valuation and £99 booking fee.
