TSB has reduced the rate on its Fix and Flex 10-year mortgages and has launched two new ranges for brokers.
The bank said today its 10-year fix is now available at 3.14 per cent for customers with 60 per cent loan-to-value mortgages.
TSB’s Fix and Flex products have early repayment charges only for the first five years. This means customers can change the mortgage after five years without paying an early repayment charge (ERC).
