TSB has launched a new 10-year fixed rate mortgage, whilst also cutting the rates of other mortgages by up to 0.25%.
The new 10-year mortgage has a loan-to-value (LTV) of 0-75%, with fixed rates starting from just 3.04%.
Customers looking to remortgage can take a rate of 3.19% with an LTV of 0-60% with no fee, or an LTV of 60-75% at a rate of 3.34%.
With a £995 fee, customers can take a rate of 3.09% with an LTV of 0-60%, or a rate of 3.24% and an LTV of 60-75%.
In TSB’s five-year mortgage range, first-time buyers and home movers with an LTV of 60-75% will be able to benefit from rate cuts up to 0.25%.
