Britain’s largest homebuilding, renovating and home improvement shows are joining forces to attract both self-builders and remodelers.
The inaugural Southern Homebuilding & Renovating and Home Improvement Show caters for all projects, tastes and budgets.
This year’s event will host over 150 exclusive exhibitors, free seminars and masterclasses, and a wide range of property experts will be on call to provide tips, advice and answers to visitors’ property questions.
- The Department of Energy and Climate Change will be hosting seminars on how to take advantage of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme’s sustainable energy technologies and financial benefits.
- The Dulux Design Service Drop-in Clinic hosts professional designers with one-on-one free consultations to help consumers choose the most appropriate accessories and furniture for their renovation project.
- Planning permission expert, Sally Tagg, will be available at the Planning Clinic for individual 15-minute meetings to guide householders through their planning application.
- Self-build experts will be at the Kingspan Potton Design Lounge offering advice on how to design and create a new home, from laying the foundations and erecting the building, to architecture and interior design.
- Visitors can bring their building and renovation plans to a one-on-one meeting with The Oakwrights Design Consultation Service, specialists in building oak framed homes.
