Now in their 33rd year, the what MORTGAGE Awards spotlight the best mortgage lenders, brokers, and homebuying services in the UK – as nominated and voted for by real people who’ve used and trusted them. No panels. No paid entries. Just honest recommendations from customers like you.
Why it matters
Whether you’re a first-time buyer, moving up the ladder, or exploring mortgage options, these awards help shine a light on the companies that go the extra mile. If you’ve had a great experience with a mortgage adviser, lender, or service, now’s your chance to give them the recognition they deserve. These awards are by consumers, for consumers — and that’s what makes them truly meaningful. It’s your chance to say “thank you” and help others choose the best support for their homebuying journey.
How it works
Over 22 weeks, we run the awards in three simple steps
1 — Nominations
Tell us who helped you. Whether it was a brilliant broker, an efficient lender, or a helpful homebuying service — if you’d recommend them to friends or family, we want to hear from you.
2 — Voting
We’ll shortlist the most-mentioned names, then open it up to the public vote. Everyone gets a say.
3 — Winners
The winners are revealed at a special celebration — and we’ll share the results on our site for all to see and use this information to help you in your future purchasing decisions.
