How does it feel to win Best Online Mortgage Broker in the What Mortgage Awards 2024?


It feels amazing to have won this award, and even better knowing it was voted for by our customers. The whole of the Purplebricks Mortgages team works incredibly hard to provide a great customer outcomes and establish brilliant relationships with all our customers, and I’m so proud of them for helping to achieve this award. I’d like to thank each of the team for their hard work.


Why do you think people voted for you?


I think people voted for us because of our commitment to brilliant customer outcomes and providing expert advice and service. When customers sign up with us, they know that they will be receiving a fantastic service, all the support we can offer, and expert advice, no matter their circumstances.

Whether the customer is a first-time buyer, or someone looking to remortgage, we can provide a fully tailored solution that suits their individual needs. We’re particularly well-versed in the first-time buyer market, with 58% of the purchases made this year being for first time buyers.

As well as this, we are committed to providing protection advice to all our customers. We understand the importance of protecting your home, income and family and we have a dedicated team of protection specialists who provide tailored advice and recommendations to ensure that each client’s protection needs are addressed. We make sure to fully understand our clients’ needs and circumstances to provide solutions that offer genuine value and peace of mind. We even follow up 3 months and 12 months post mortgage completion to make sure they have everything they need.

We work hard to establish great relationships with our customers, so that they know they can contact us for help at any time and get the right deals for their needs.

It means so much to us to know that our customers value our services and believe in us and have proved it by giving us this award. We really couldn’t do what we do without their trust in us, so we’re really pleased to have received this award from them. Helping people move home is a privilege and not one we take lightly so it’s a privilege to be recognised by our customers for the support and advice we give.
